I’m a birth coach with a decade of experience serving people during all stages of the reproductive spectrum. Birth, abortion, tring to conceive, new parents, loss and grief–all of it. I’m trained and certified as a birth doula, postpartum doula, placenta encapsulation specialist, childbirth educator, baby planner, infant sleep educator, Montessori teacher’s assistant, abortion doula and end of life doula. I’m also trained as an animist, ritualist, and energy healer.
But really, I’m a space holder, energetic investigator, pattern tracker, soul doula, and Essence celebrant. I’m a reader and intuitive. I’m like smoke that can get in all the cracks, all the hidden places. I’m a connector and community builder. And I’m a storyteller.
I am amazing at showing up in all of my glory and making space for you to do the same because I specialize in unbiased support.
And I’ve devoted most of my life to exploring the deepest recesses of the soul. I embrace Shadow because I believe it’s the path to healing ourselves, our families, our society and the planet.

My work matters because it alleviates the suffering caused by our broken obstetrical care system. It makes the world a more connected place. It allows people to experience being seen and understood on a deep level, often for the first time. Without this work, we’d all be lost, broken souls yearning to break generational and societal cuses and cycles of abuse and trauma. With this work, we expand, connect and heal.
And I’m here to remind you that you matter. You are powerful and perfect and you are awe-inspiring. You are doing some of the most important work there is. When you change birth, you change the wold. You are radical. You are revolutionary. And that is beautiful.

What are your qualifications?

Do you offer a sliding scale?
I offer a sliding scale option for all of my offerings. Reach out to me to chat about what would work best for you.
What is your birth philosophy?
My philosophy is that birth is a rite of passage and preparing for it with intention can change the world. This has nothing to do with outcomes, simply intention. Being totally present for a radical Cesarean section is as revolutionary as giving birth by yourself in the woods. When I work with clients, their birth goals become mine.
How many clients have you served?
Over 11 years in birth work, I’ve served more than 250 families–probably close to 300 at this point. But honestly, I’m terrible at keeping track. My ADHD brain is not good with numbers, y’all!
